How does the 14-day trial work?
You register, we check the details and activate your access — usually within one working day. Then you test all features free for 14 days, no credit card. Nothing continues automatically: before the trial ends you get in touch and we agree on the right plan together. Without feedback, access ends after the trial; your data is kept.
Which plan do I get after the trial?
The one that fits your business — we discuss that briefly together. The plan you pick on this page is noted as your preference; it only becomes binding after the conversation. So you never pay for modules you do not need.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes, any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, a downgrade at the end of the contract period. Your data is kept in any case.
Where is the data stored?
In Zurich (Switzerland), with daily backups. We do not pass data to third parties; support access in case of a problem requires your explicit confirmation via e-mail code.
Is there an integration with Bexio, Abacus or AbaNinja?
Yes, in the Enterprise plan via API access. Customers and invoices are synchronised in both directions; status webhooks fire on order changes.
